Our most recent tournament took place this past Saturday, November 21st at Brookdale College, in Lincroft, NJ.  There were over 500 competitors from 6 different states participating at this event!  Plus we held our first ever Team Sparring and Team Combat Sparring competition.

Annual Food and Coat Drive

Hesselbirg’s Taekwondo and Karate for Kids’ annual Food and Coat drive for Lighthouse Mission is underway.  Every year we collect food and old coats for the benefit of Father Jim’s Lighthouse Mission in Bellport.  All items donated stay right here on Long Island, helping our Long Island neighbors.
